What is grounding/earthing
Grounding (or earthing) simply means being in direct electrical contact with the Earth. Our sheet gives you that contact while you sleep, by connecting a silver-woven fabric on your bed to the ground pin of a wall outlet or grounding rod. Think of it as putting your body back on the Earth’s circuit while you rest.
How does the grounding sheet actually work
The sheet contains a fine grid of conductive silver threads. When you connect the cord to a properly grounded outlet, those threads sit at the same electrical potential as the Earth. When your bare skin (or a thin layer of fabric) touches the sheet, your body equalizes with that potential, similar to standing barefoot on grass or sand.
